This meeting was on the 27^th October and it had three main objectives to be discussed and each one had three subsidiary objectives, all of these objectives are for increasing the sense of teacher’s and student’s belonging to the college.

The Chairman Mr. Ahmed Saif began the meeting by the main objectives and then discussed each subsidiary objective individually. Students' discount issue was given to suhail should be done by Mr. Omer to manage classes. The library hours of operations had many choices, so it had vote to agree having portions. Approval from financial department and package would be done by Mr. Omer. Restaurant segregations had agreed to have one privet portion on the corner and for knowing the size of it, a survey of female students' opinion will be done by Mr. Omer. Rest rooms arranged to build extra ladies rest room located far from men rest rooms. Mr. Mohamed will hold this by a study of college map rest rooms locations. Student educational and recreational Activities were discussed and decided to have them working as a mix with educational activities and build indoor sport building for ladies for recreational activities. The chairman will escalate this issue to the college administration. Mr. Mohamed mentioned pray time. Decision made is to set classes brake time with prayer time for both gender and set a room for ladies to pray.

This meeting started with well venue preparation at the time was planned. The chairman started with a description of the agenda objectives and during the meeting all participates were discussing, listening to each other, writing down notes, giving recommendations and not interpreting each other. That’s why this meeting was successful and also finished at the planned time with a feeling that we covered all the objectives and not wasting our time with no solutions.

Objectives:

The meeting is to discuss how we can improve the sense of belonging of the students and teachers to the college and encourage them to participate in the events that the college is making so they can feel that they are part of this educational environment which will result of great academic output. The result of the meeting, a comprehensive list of suggestions from our meeting will be given to the Chief Executive of ADMC.

Reflective Essay

This course was very beneficial on many different levels.  The first benefit was through learning how to prepare a CV.  In this part I learned how to produce a professional CV, which is critical when seeking a job. It’s very important because it gives an introduction about you to the counterpart.  Moreover, it portraits your experience both educationally and professionally in a well structured manner.  If you have an attractive CV, you will be able to place a first good impression, and it will give them a feel regarding the person you are and what your ambitions are towards. Second benefit was the group meeting. In the group meeting I learned how a meeting should be set, and because I did the minutes, I feel like I learned a new skill that could be helpful not just to record, but to speak in a good tone that will help a minute taker record his notes. Third, was the interview, and since I am heading into my work placement, I felt the use of this course outline. When I went into my first interview I went in comfortable and with a good self esteem, I forecasted some of the questions coming and was able to get my answers sorted out even before they start asking me questions. The fourth and last part of this reflective essay on the course was the Final report. In the final report I learned how to cite and make a good bibliography which will help me in my further studies if I do them. Everything we took this semester for this course was helpful and gave me some extra skills that make me more comfortable with using them in work, studying and life in general.

Monthly Meetings Between Students And Student Council
Discussion	Student Recommendations should be don e through representatives on weekly or monthly basis between
Students and the student council. Giving Teachers advice by confronting and breaking the Ice between Teachers and students.
Update Students on Seminars that happen in college so students may become more active in them.
